- Creation Time: Please allow 14–16 business days for me to bring your piece to life before it ships out. If anything unexpected comes up, I’ll always keep you updated.
- Final Sale: Custom orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable since they’re made just for you.
- Design Approval: Once we’ve agreed on a design and I begin, changes can’t be made. (I’m happy to answer questions before we get started!)
- Stone & Metal Variations: Each stone is one-of-a-kind and every piece is handmade. Slight differences in finish are part of what makes your jewelry unique.
- Sizing: Please double-check your sizing before ordering.
- Shipping & Insurance: Your order will ship safely and securely with insurance included.

To care for your fine jewelry, regularly clean it with a polishing cloth to remove natural occurring tarnish (one will be included in your shipment). Keep your jewelry away from lotions, creams, cosmetics, perfumes, hair spray, and other beauty products as they can accelerate tarnishing. Avoid submerging your jewelry in water, moisture will not only tarnish your metals quicker but it can alter your stone over time. Always remove before bathing, swimming, washing hands, cleaning, etc. Store your jewelry in a cool & dry place (aka not your bathroom) to keep away from moisture.

Made to order items have a 2 week production time before shipping.
All packages are shipped USPS first class mail with insurance covering the cost of the item. A tracking email will be sent to you when your label is printed.
