📦 Shipping

All packages are shipped USPS Ground Advantage mail (unless otherwise selected by customer) with insurance covering the full cost of the item. It's important to note that once the package is handed over to the post office, it's beyond our control. In case of shipment issues, contacting the mail services directly is the recommended course of action.

Timeline: Silver & Ash orders typically ship within 5-7 business days, except for made-to-order items, which will be shipped within the specified time in the product listing.

Tracking: Upon shipment, you'll receive an email with your tracking number, and tracking information will be accessible within 24-48 hours via USPS. Once the package is in USPS custody, delivery becomes their responsibility.

📦 Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages

Silver & Ash is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once they’ve been marked as “Delivered” by USPS or any other shipping carrier.

If your tracking says “Delivered” but you haven’t received your order:

  • Double-check the shipping address you entered at checkout.
  • Check with neighbors, roommates, or building managers—packages are sometimes mistakenly delivered nearby.
  • Please contact your local USPS office—they can check the last GPS scan and may be able to retrieve or redeliver the package.
  • Wait 3–5 business days, as packages are sometimes prematurely marked as delivered.
  • After that window, you may file a missing mail report directly through USPS.com. Unfortunately, I’m unable to file this on your behalf.

If the package is confirmed lost in transit (and not marked as delivered), I can help initiate an insurance claim. Once the claim is approved by USPS, a refund or replacement can be issued—this typically takes up to 10 business days.

🚫 Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order! Silver & Ash is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error. 

USPS does not honor insurance claims on packages that were delivered to the address provided at checkout, even if it was entered incorrectly—because of this, I cannot offer refunds or replacements in these cases.

If an order is returned to me due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost to have it resent.

🌍 International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges vary by country and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Please allow extra time for international delivery, as delays in customs are out of my control. I am also not responsible for international packages lost in transit or held up at customs.
