All sales are final due to the handmade nature of our jewelry. Each piece is made with care, and detailed sizing and measurements are provided in the listings to help you order confidently.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.

If you believe your item arrived damaged or there was an error on our end, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can review the issue and make it right if needed.

Please note:

  • Return shipping (if approved) is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Custom orders and sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable under any circumstance.
